After having back surgery and being told of the physio program that was going to be needed, Galen walked me through each phase putting my mind at ease and ensuring that everything was tailored to suit myself. I ended up looking forward to my sessions as it was enjoyable due to his personality and personal touch that he had with his Clients. Had the pleasure of dealing with Galen when recovering from ACL surgery. His attention to detail and individualized programme seriously helped with my rehab and return to playing competitive sport again.
