After 15 years working in physiotherapy across Ireland, the UK, and the UAE, I have returned home to Killarney with a clear mission: to bring world-class rehabilitation services to my hometown of Killarney. My career has taken me from public and private healthcare settings to the high-stakes environment of elite-level sports, giving me a unique perspective on injury, recovery, and peak performance.

I specialize in musculoskeletal health with extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation, pain management and sports rehabilitation. Whether a patient is recovering from an ACL reconstruction, a spinal surgery or a general niggle or ache, my goal is to guide you every step of the way—from your first post-op session to a complete return to sport and daily life.

My experience includes working with top-tier sports teams like Crystal Palace FC , Wycombe Wanderers FC, London GAA, as well as with PGA professional golfers, and olympic level athletics athletes. While in the UAE, I have worked within the sports medicine field with direct access to cutting edge technology from VALD. I have utilised this gold standard of assessment and care with my sports medicine and orthopaedics colleagues to provide effective rehabilitation to our patients.

I am now thrilled to bring this same cutting-edge technology to the people of Killarney. I have personally invested in the VALD Technology, and they're here and ready for my patients.
