How do online sessions work?
Online sessions follow the exact same sequence as in-person appointments. The only difference is that all treatment is exercise based. We actually find these appointments to be as, if not more, effective than in-person appointments because it enables you to take ownership of your recovery rather than feeling like you ‘need’ hands-on treatment, which is extremely empowering for you.
